At The Blessed Services, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. Because we specialize in personal care items like hair and jewelry, we maintain strict health and hygiene standards to protect all our customers.
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:
Jewelry: Must be unworn, scratch-free, and in its original packaging.
Hair & Wigs: Due to the nature of these products, we have a Strict Hygiene Policy. Wigs and hair extensions must:
Remain in their original ties/packaging.
The lace must not be cut, bleached, or altered.
The hair must not have been brushed, washed, or had any products applied (glues, sprays, etc.).
Items must not have any scent (perfume, smoke, etc.).
Note: Any hair or wig item that shows signs of being worn or tampered with will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
The following items cannot be returned:
Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
Customized jewelry or custom-colored wigs.
Used or worn hair products (for sanitary reasons).
Email Us: Contact our support team at [Your Email Address] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Wait for Approval: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization if eligible.
Ship It Back: Securely package your items. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after return has been received.
Exchanges: If you need a different length or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the fastest delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.
